Head pounding, heart racing,
a mind consumed with fear.

Trying so hard to find all the answers,
when ones sought may yet not be there.

Trapped in a world of no control,
not knowing what each turn will bring.

Uncontrollable feelings,
unsure of what the next day will mean.
